Even if you don’t have a white thumb… the baking counterpart to a gardener’s green thumb… you can still make something delicious to bring with you to this year’s Easter celebration! Easter Bunny Bark is a fun variation of a basic chocolate bark candy.

Have I ever mentioned my favorite food blog is Sally’s Baking Addition? I love everything Sally makes, and for the most part, it is all realistically doable, and her blog is such a happy place, I just love spending time there! Not all of her recipes are for baking, either. She also has some yummy main dishes, too. Anyway… love Sally’s site. Check it out!

I have a number of people that I like to give Easter treats to… like my next door neighbor that actually introduced me to Sally’s Baking Addiction. Thank you, Merrily! Anyway… I wanted to make something very festive to share, and when I saw the recipe for Easter Bunny Bark I knew I found this year’s winner. White chocolate, on semi-sweet chocolate, covered with crushed malted robin’s eggs and pastel M&Ms… well… yum! Plus… I threw on some course sugar sprinkles… because why not?

In no time, I had 5 batches made, ready to hand out! Very pretty and very nommy. Visit Sally’s Baking Addiction for the RECIPE. Plus, a happy little video with a sweet little ditty let’s you watch Sally make a batch. All good fun! Run out now and gather your supplies and bring a plate of smiles to your Easter celebration!
